Position Title: Construction Carpenter Company Name: Tusing Builders LTD Pay Range: $24–$28 Per Hour Depending on Experience Year-End Bonus Location: Monroeville, OH Industry: General Construction (Residential, Commercial, Industrial) Job Overview Tusing Builders LTD is seeking skilled, experienced Construction Carpenters to support commercial and residential construction projects throughout the region. This is a full-time, hands-on role for individuals with at least 3 years of field experience and a wide range of carpentry skills. You’ll work closely with our Field Operations team to execute high-quality builds with attention to safety, precision, and craftsmanship. Most of our work is within 40 miles of our Monroeville, OH office, so you'll be home every night. Key Responsibilities Perform skilled carpentry tasks in all phases of construction from layout to finish. Interpret blueprints and follow project specifications to complete framing, drywall, installations, and repairs. Build structures such as stairs, mantels, cabinets, scaffolding, and forms for concrete. Install doors, windows, partitions, ceilings, and molding. Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, join, and finish materials. Ensure all work is up to code using levels, plumb bobs, and other measuring tools. Maintain clean, safe, and orderly job sites and follow all company safety procedures. Communicate effectively with leads, foremen, and coworkers to ensure accurate project execution. Support project documentation, material handling, and proper tool/equipment usage. Qualifications 3 years of carpentry experience in commercial and/or residential construction. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or GED preferred. Strong ability to read blueprints and work independently or as part of a team. Proficient with carpentry tools and construction techniques. Committed to safety, punctuality, and quality craftsmanship. Must live within 40 miles of Monroeville, OH.
