Email Privacy Policy No Thanks Director of Service and Sales - Sustainable Technologies Cardinal Health Mansfield Full-Time Apply on company site Job Details Company Overview Key Responsibility The Director of Sales and Service is responsible for strategic oversight, leadership direction, and sales force development for Cardinal Health's Sustainable Technologies, Single Use Device Reprocessing business. Accountabilities in Role - Provides leadership to field based region managers, associate representatives, and front line staff - Manages field sales and service teams to drive product growth and mix - Build and maintain long-term trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers to ensure customer loyalty - Assists in the development of upstream marketing plans to grow market share - Manages an organizational budget - Develops and implements policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals - Assists in the development of functional strategy - Decisions have an extended impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers - Interacts with internal and/or external leaders, including senior management - Persuades others into agreement in sensitive situations while maintaining positive relationships Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in related field. Master's Degree desired. - Minimum 3 years experience managing Medical Device sales team - Strong understanding and knowledge of industry trends and ability to effectively gather desired industry knowledge/data, and adapt to appropriate change. - Proven ability to effectively resolve issues with internal and external clients, strong relationship management and leadership capabilities. - Ability to travel up to 75% - Ability to motivate and manage a geographically dispersed team and develop talent Cardinal Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
