This role is pivotal in fostering long-term partnerships, understanding client needs, and driving the execution of customized security programs. Oversee and manage national accounts portfolio with a focus on strategic growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. Develop and implement tailored security program strategies based on clients' evolving needs and industry trends. Lead cross-functional teams across multiple projects ensuring synergy and adherence to timeline, budget, and scope. Maintain constant communication with clients, assessing their ongoing needs and adjusting services to better protect their assets and communities. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management demonstrating program effectiveness and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and industry standards across all account activities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for expansion and enhancement of the company's service offerings. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills Excellent project management capabilities including budgeting and scheduling Proficient in MS Office and project management software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports Knowledge of the latest security technologies and regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Certified Protection Professional (CPP) is a plus
