Job Details

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all production equipment and machinery to ensure efficient operations.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.

Analyze machine failures and work quickly to resolve issues and prevent reoccurrence.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
5
Document all maintenance and repair activities for future reference and analysis.
6
Adhere to all safety and health regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
7
Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
8
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

1
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry or a similar role.

Demonstrable knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical skills.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals.
4
Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7
Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy machinery parts and equipment.
8
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the manufacturing industry.
9
Technical degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred.
10
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.
