Spherion Mid Ohio -has partnered with a local manufacturing facility in Richland County, Ohio seeking - -Production Associates -to join their team. This opportunity pays between $17.50-$19/hr. -

Minimum Requirements:
Obtained High School Diploma/GED
Previous manufacturing experience
Mechanical aptitude and good problem solving skills -


What does a Production Team Member Do?:

• 
  
• Take -completed product off from the end of the production line.
  
• Assist in starting up production equipment and ensure proper compound mixtures.
  
• Complete quality checks as required by customer standards.
  
• Work as a team to surpass target production rates in a fast paced environment. -
