Marketing and Advertising will lead the strategic development and
execution of comprehensive marketing and advertising initiatives to
elevate brand presence and drive business growth across Ohio and
Southwest Florida. This role is responsible for overseeing the
creation and implementation of innovative campaigns that
effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to diverse
target audiences. The Director will collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and
creative services to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with
overall business objectives. They will analyze market trends,
customer insights, and campaign performance data to continuously
optimize marketing efforts and maximize return on investment.
Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in shaping the
company’s market positioning and expanding its competitive
advantage through impactful marketing leadership. Minimum
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business
Administration, Communications, or a related field. At least 7
years of progressive experience in marketing and advertising roles.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful
marketing campaigns that drive business growth. Strong knowledge of
digital marketing platforms, advertising technologies, and
analytics tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and project
management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with
emerging marketing trends such as AI-driven marketing, influencer
partnerships, and omnichannel strategies. Certification in digital
marketing or advertising (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook
Blueprint). Experience managing marketing budgets and
cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Develop and execute
integrated marketing and advertising strategies that align with
company goals and drive measurable business results. Lead, mentor,
and manage the marketing and advertising teams to foster
creativity, collaboration, and high performance. Oversee the
planning, budgeting, and allocation of resources for marketing
campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, social
media, and events. Collaborate with product, sales, and executive
leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support product
launches, sales objectives, and brand consistency. Analyze market
research, customer data, and campaign metrics to evaluate
effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous
improvement. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors,
and media partners to optimize campaign reach and impact. Ensure
compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all
marketing and advertising activities. Skills: The Director of
Marketing and Advertising utilizes strategic thinking and
analytical skills daily to design campaigns that resonate with
target audiences and achieve business objectives. Leadership and
communication skills are essential for guiding diverse teams and
collaborating with stakeholders across departments. Proficiency in
digital marketing tools and data analytics enables the Director to
monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to

compelling advertising content and explore new marketing channels.
