This position is responsible for coordinating advertising campaigns, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal teams. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to track advertising budgets, analyze campaign performance, and generate insightful reports that inform strategic decisions. The Advertising Administrator acts as a liaison between marketing, sales, and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all advertising channels. Ultimately, this role drives the effectiveness and efficiency of advertising initiatives to support business growth and enhance customer engagement. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in advertising administration, marketing coordination, or a similar role. Proficiency with advertising management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within the retail trade industry or a similar fast-paced environment. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or programmatic advertising tools. Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques to interpret advertising performance data. Certification in advertising, marketing, or project management (e.g., Google Ads Certification, PMP). Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage advertising campaigns from inception through completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop advertising materials and promotional content. Maintain and update advertising schedules, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth campaign execution. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed reports to guide future advertising strategies. Manage advertising budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective use of resources. Support compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to advertising and promotions. Assist in the development and implementation of advertising policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Skills: The Advertising Administrator utilizes strong organizational and project management skills daily to coordinate complex advertising campaigns and ensure all components align with strategic goals. Communication skills are essential for liaising effectively with internal teams and external vendors, facilitating clear and timely information exchange. Analytical skills are applied to monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights that optimize advertising efforts.
