**Job Summary**

As a Stamping Press Setup Lead at Spherion, you will be responsible for leading the stamping press setup team and overseeing the setup and operation of stamping presses. You will troubleshoot any issues that arise during production, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and communicate with management to provide updates on production status and make recommendations for process improvements. Additionally, you will monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards and collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address any equipment maintenance or repair needs.
