Job Description:
We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for Acute Care Providers
with experience in ER, Urgent Care, or Internal Medicine to join
our team. Our providers deliver care in the patient's home through
our innovative in-home care service lines. This involves being in a
mobile unit and driving or riding in a company vehicle to the place
of service. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive
health assessments, diagnosing and treating complex illnesses,
providing therapeutic interventions, analyzing test data, educating
patients and families, and maintaining positive relationships with
the care team. Minimum requirements include two years of relevant
experience, an advanced degree, current state license, and
