Resumes may be submitted to hr@adenacorporation.com.Position DescriptionThe Heavy Equipment Mechanic maintains and repairs all heavy equipment for Adena Corporation.Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Consults with the field to evaluate tasks required
  • Prepares work plans after full review of the issues
    • Inspects equipment, including suspensions, steering, exhausts, hydraulics, etc.
      • Ensures quality maintenance and repair of heavy equipment in a timely manner
        • Ensures heavy equipment is in optimal condition
          • Operates various equipment in a safe manner during maintenance and repairs
            • Maintains records of parts utilized and services performed on equipment
              • Travels to jobsites as needed to repair equipment
                • Continually updates knowledge of current fleet of heavy equipment, as well as new equipment being introduced to the market
                  • Adheres to the companys safety policies to create a safe work environment
                    • Performs other duties as assignedPM21Position Requirements
                      • High School Diploma or GED
                        • Five (5) years experience as a heavy equipment mechanic
                          • Must maintain a valid drivers license
                            • Class A CDL and medical card preferred
                              • Must maintain a clean driving record
                                • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
                                  • Ability to work in a team environment
                                    • Ability to problem solve through situations
                                      • Ability to make decisions in relation to maintaining equipment in the companys best interest
