Job Description:
Responsibilities The Director of Operations assists CEO in the management and
operation of the facility. This position is responsible for
improving the productivity of the organization, looking for
creative ways to serve cross departmentally in order to provide
solutions as a team by partnering with other department
managers. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Manages subordinate supervisor(s) who supervise employees in
assigned facilities. Responsible for the overall direction,
coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory
responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and
applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and
training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work;
appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;
addressing complaints and resolving problems. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
