Be part of the journey. Role Overview and Responsibilities Summary:
Responsible for prep, coat and un-prep of circuit board assemblies
that require conformal coating. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be
assigned. /n - Capable of identifying type of conformal coating,
cure schedule and coating requirements /n - Demonstrate proper
handling precautions when working with process chemicals and
materials /n - Pass the Respiratory Testing and Fit Test Initially
and Annually /n - Work to safe practices and use all Personal
Protection Equipment (PPE) specified /n - Demonstrate proper
techniques in operation and preventative maintenance of HPLV spray
gun /n - Follow proper techniques in measuring wet film and dry
film conformal coating thickness /n - Use math skills for mixing
conformal coatings to correct ratios per manufacturing instructions
/n - Review shelf life of conformal coatings and thinners prior to
usage /n - Demonstrate proper handling precautions when working
with process chemicals and materials including proper disposal of
general and hazardous waste /n - Follow applicable coating
requirements in performing inspections and touch-up of conformal
coatings per manufacturing instructions /n - Follow requirements
for set up, 1st piece inspection and in-process audits /n - Follow
proper techniques in operation of aerosol spray can /n - Locate and
use SDS information /n /n Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
Qualifications: to perform this job successfully, an individual
must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The
Team Member must be able to maintain confidentiality and have good

within the company. Physical Demands: The physical demands are
representative of those that must be met by Team Member to
successfully perform of the essential functions of this job. Light
Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to
10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force
constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Constantly walk, finger, grasp, feel 90-100% of the time;
frequently stoop, reach, push, lift, talk, hear and do repetitive
motions 60-90% of the time. Math Ability: Ability to calculate
figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages. Visual
Acuity: The Team member is required to have close visual acuity to
perform activities for operation of machines, including visual
inspection, using measurement devices; and/or assembly of parts at
distances close to the eyes. Ability or increased ability to see
color, or perceive color differences, under normal lighting
conditions. Work Environment: The Team member is subject to inside
environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but
not room temperature changes, there is sufficient noise to cause
the worker to increase volume in order to be heard above ambient
noise level. The Team member is subjected to atmospheric conditions
including odors 90-100% of the time and is required to wear a full
face respirator, gloves and apron. The Team Member is frequently
(60-90% of the time) in a small enclosed room to perform their
duties. The Team Member is required to work overtime on a constant
