This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and work orders, and the motivation to work efficiently in a team-based manufacturing environment. Assemblers play a key role in ensuring product quality and meeting daily production goals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a consistent schedule and long-term employment. The base salary range for this position is approximately $35,360–$38,000 per year , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
