Job Description:
TransForce, a leader in CDL staffing and compliance services, is
seeking a dedicated CDL A Tanker Driver to join our team. This role
is pivotal in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of
liquid commodities for our respected clients. As a tanker driver,
you will handle large vehicles loaded with liquids ranging from
water to hazardous chemicals, requiring adherence to strict safety
and regulatory standards. Safely operate a tanker truck to
transport liquids to and from specified destinations. Adhere to all
federal and state regulatory rules and procedures pertaining to
hazardous material handling. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip
inspections to ensure proper working conditions of the truck and
tanker equipment. Maintain a log of working hours and vehicle
service and repair status, adhering to federal and state
regulations. Engage with dispatch and other team members as
required, maintaining clear communication and cooperation. Ensure
the cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment. Handle
documentation ensuring accuracy and completion, such as bills of
lading and delivery documentation. Proficiency in the operation of
a commercial tanker truck. Strong understanding of DOT regulations
and safety standards. Ability to manage routes and routines so they
proceed in the most efficient way possible. Solid time management
and logistics skills. Ability to maintain calm under pressure. Good
physical stamina and endurance. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Driver’s License (CDL A). Tanker Endorsement (N). HazMat
Endorsement is a plus. A clean driving record.
