We are seeking a dedicated CDL A Truck Driver to facilitate the seamless movement of goods while adhering to safety standards and regulatory compliance. This role is perfect for individuals who are results-driven and possess a commendable track record in truck driving. Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to various destinations across the country while adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations. Perform vehicle inspections prior to departure and upon return, ensuring that the truck is in good working order. Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service or repair status, complying with applicable state and federal regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics staff to coordinate timely deliveries and optimize routes. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo, verifying the accuracy and security of the load. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure safe, effective, and efficient operations. Strong driving record with acute navigational skills. Proven ability to maintain composure and efficiency in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time effectively and meet delivery schedules. Working knowledge of electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc). Relevant certifications in Transportation Safety Management are a plus.
