Our client, a leading organization in the food distribution
industry, is seeking a 3rd shift Cooler Warehouse Operator to join
their team. As a 3rd shift Cooler Warehouse Operator, you will be
part of the warehouse support team, ensuring smooth and efficient
operations in a refrigerated environment. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail, which
will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: 3rd shift
Cooler Warehouse Operator Location: Sharpsville, PA Pay Range:
Shift: Monday thru Friday 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. What's the Job?
Responsible for accurately loading and unloading trucks, ensuring
timely and correct deliveries. Organizing inventory within a
refrigerated environment to maintain proper product rotation
(FIFO). Picking, packing, and palletizing products to prepare
orders for shipment. Operating pallet jacks and maintaining a
clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Performing cycle
counts and maintaining accurate records of stock movement. What's
Needed? High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in warehouse,
distribution, or production environments is preferred. Ability to
work in cold environments and lift heavy items safely. Proficiency
in operating hand trucks and electric pallet jacks. Basic math
