Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in
packaging solutions, is seeking a dedicated Picker Packer to join
their team. As a Picker Packer, you will be an essential part of
the production support team, ensuring efficient packaging
operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to
detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align
successfully within the organization. Job Title: Picker Packer
Location: New Castle, PA Pay Range: $16.25/hr Shift: 3rd shift,
11:50 pm - 8:20 am, Monday Thru Friday What's the Job? Pack plastic
containers (like bottles) into boxes, ensuring correct labeling,
sealing, and stacking Monitor materials and perform quality checks
for defects Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assemble
boxes and place finished bottles/containers into them, aligning,
taping, and sealing Monitor and restock packaging supplies such as
boxes and labels What's Needed? Basic math and computer skills
Ability to learn machine operations Physical stamina to stand,
walk, reach, lift (up to 50 lbs), stoop, and kneel High school
diploma or GED preferred Willingness to work mandatory overtime;
