Location: Eastlake, Ohio Local candidates only – travel to
Smartland properties required Smartland is seeking a reliable and
detail-oriented Notices & Hearings Coordinator to support our
residential portfolio operations. This independent contractor role
requires professionalism, strict deadline discipline, and the
ability to represent the company confidently during virtual housing
and eviction court hearings. What You’ll Do Post required legal
notices at assigned Smartland properties accurately and on time
Attend scheduled virtual housing/eviction court hearings Appear
professionally on camera and follow court protocol Provide brief
prepared statements when required Document hearing outcomes clearly
and submit reports promptly Coordinate with the property management
team regarding case updates and deadlines Follow all legal posting
and documentation procedures consistently Schedule & Availability
Flexible scheduling for notice posting Weekday availability
required during court hearing hours Hearings may occur multiple
times per week depending on caseload Local travel required What You
