$150,000 - $250,000 yearly Responsibilities: Lead client
consultations with empathy and clarity, ensuring a thorough
understanding of their needs and case details. Develop and execute
strategic legal plans tailored to each client's unique situation,
aiming for the best possible outcomes. Collaborate with medical
experts and trial consultants to gather and present compelling
evidence. Prepare and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and
compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Represent
clients in court, advocating passionately and persuasively on their
behalf. Maintain open and consistent communication with clients,
keeping them informed and involved in their case progress.
Negotiate settlements with opposing parties, striving for fair and
favorable resolutions for clients, while minimizing stress and
uncertainty for them. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of
experience in personal injury law, with a proven track record of
successful case outcomes. Ability to lead client consultations with
empathy, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs. Proven
ability to develop strategic legal plans tailored to individual
client situations. Strong collaboration skills, working effectively
with medical experts and trial consultants. Experience in preparing
and filing legal documents with accuracy and compliance.
Exceptional courtroom advocacy skills, representing clients
passionately and persuasively. Ability to maintain open, consistent
communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved in
