FLCPS Team,Our Richland County Mobile Response & Stabilization Services (MRSS) is expanding to 24 hours, 7 days a weekcoverage. We are becoming the go-to-agency for youth and family behavioral health services in Richland County.This expansion to 24 hours, 7 days a week opens an opportunity for you to be a part of this important team. Wehave 7- (10 Hour Shifts) - 10 PM to 8 AM. Shifts available (Sunday - Saturday)Compensation per 10 hour shift: $288. PM to 8 AMPossibilities: Someone could take 4 of those 7 open 10 Hr. shifts, be considered full time with full time benefits and becompensated $1,154.00 per week or $60,008.00 annually Someone could take 3 of those 7 open 10 Hr. shifts, per week and be compensated $865.50 per week or$45,006.00 annually. Someone could take 2 of those 7 open 10 Hr. shifts, per week and be compensated $577.00 per week or$30,004.00 annually. Someone could take 1 of those 7 open 10 Hr. shifts, per week and be compensated $288.50 per week or$15,002.00 annually.Position: MRSS Crisis Mobile Responder -Position Description: Primary Job Function - The MRSS Clinician shall be responsible for crisis stabilization,assessment, treatment, and referral and linkage to ongoing services and supports. MRSSClinicians will be dispatched for mobile response and must be able to travel with themown vehicle to all areas within the designated catchment area; make mobile visits tohomes, schools, and other sites where their services may be required, work effectivelyunder pressure and with intense emotional situations; and work with a team in acooperative and collaborative manner.
