RecruiterSummary:The Recruiter will research, develop, and
implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool
of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The primary
focus of this position will be to support the operational hiring
needs of Adenas hourly skilled trade roles.Primary job
responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the
recruitment process
- Collaborates with department managers and Director of Human
Resources to identify and compile detailed and accurate job
descriptions and hiring criteria
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting
methods and strategies based on the available role, industry
standards, and the needs of the organization
- Assists with job posting and partners with marketing on
advertisement processes
- Screens applications, selects and prescreens qualified
candidates
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview
questions and other hiring and selection materials
- Follows up with hiring managers after the interview process to
determine placement or collect feedback when placement is
unsuccessful
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human
resource staff during the offer process
- Builds and maintains successful relationships with recruitment
sources such as trade schools, professional/industry organizations,
unemployment offices etc. to create a pipeline of candidates
- Attends and participates in college career fairs, local job
fairs, career center events, and other recruiting events as needed
- Maintains data matrix for recruiting platforms and best
practices
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment
laws and regulations, and company policies

- RecruiterDesired Qualifications/Skills:
- Knowledge of construction trades and general construction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop relationships and build trust
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for
recruitment of skilled trade roles
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
deadlines
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices
applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite or related
software
- Ability to engage in networking groups to promote the
CompanyEducation and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or
equivalent work experience, required
- At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and
