Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to
oversee and enhance the dining service operations across various
client locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional
service delivery and operational efficiency in line with Aramark's
commitment to excellence and innovation. The successful candidate
will be responsible for managing daily food service activities,
supervising staff, and ensuring optimal guest satisfaction while
adhering to safety and quality standards. Manage day-to-day
operations of food and beverage services to ensure efficiency and
customer satisfaction. Supervise, train, and mentor staff members,
fostering a positive work environment and promoting proactive
staffing strategies. Maintain high standards of food quality,
safety, and cleanliness according to company and legal
requirements. Develop and implement strategies to enhance
profitability while maintaining operational costs. Collaborate with
chefs and kitchen staff to plan and develop menus while considering
seasonal availability and client preferences. Handle budgeting,
forecasting, and resource allocation with a focus on cost
optimization. Ensure compliance with all health and safety
regulations. Work closely with other departments to ensure
collective goals are met. Leadership and personnel management
