Richland Mall has Full-time and Part-time opportunities for Janitorial & Housekeeping.

These positions enhance the appearance of the center and directly improve the customer experience and satisfaction while visiting the property

Janitorial/Housekeeping Duties & Responsibilities

* Glass cleaning, dusting & polishing surfaces, sanitizing
* Emptying trash cans and transporting to trash dumpsters
* Mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming and otherwise maintain floor areas.
* Cleaning and stocking restrooms
* Other general cleaning duties as they needed.

Physical work requirements

* Stand and walk for prolonged periods.
* Regularly lift, move and/or carry up to ten (10) pounds; Frequently lift, move and/or carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds; occasionally lift move and/or carry up to fifty (50) pounds.
* Bend, kneel, twist and reach

Other Abilities

* Pass pre-employment background screening
* Pass pre-employment drug test
* Reliable tranportation
