Job Description Summary: The Clinical Leader provides leadership and coordinates the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the programs, services, processes, systems within responsible area; assures quality, service, and satisfaction, continuum and process improvement, efficient utilization of resources and financial performance; assures productivity standards are met.Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree (Required)Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association, Basic Life Support - American Heart AssociationCurrent RN licensure in the State of Ohio; 3 - 5 yrs. clinical Experience and 2- 3 yrs. management/leadership Experience .
