Position Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to patients and families along the health-illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. The LPN is accountable to practice within the scope of practice outlined by the Ohio Board of Nursing under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education, Certification, Registration, LicenseAssociate's Degree LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse BLS - Basic Life Support Field of Study: Nursing SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE Graduate from an accredited school or program of practical nursing. Must hold a current license from the state of Ohio. successfully completed Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course. Basic Life support Provider Additional Job Information This is a full time night shift position with rotating holidays and weekends.
