The Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will work night shifts.
The nurse will provide care for patients in critical condition.
Patient ratios are expected to be 1:1 to 1:2. The ideal candidate
should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the ICU.
Proficiency in EPIC documentation is essential for this role. The
position requires the nurse to be capable of managing complex
patient needs. Key responsibilities include monitoring vital signs,
administering medications, and managing ventilators. Knowledge of
advanced cardiac life support and management of patients with
multi-system organ dysfunction is necessary. The nurse will
participate in interdisciplinary support and collaborate with
various healthcare professionals. The workload may include caring
for patients experiencing cardiac failure, post-intervention
recovery, and various acute conditions. Flexibility to float to
different units may be required as needed. Participation in weekend
