Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Chillicothe, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,240 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1 Profession: Behavioral Healthcare Provider Specialty: Staff Augmentation Duration: Long-term assignment Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: MUST HAVE LPC OR LSW LICENSE Certifications: None specified Must-Have: Must have LPC or LSW license Description: This position works under clinical supervision and requires considerable knowledge of behavioral healthcare programs and techniques. As a member of a sex offender team, the provider is responsible for sex offender interventions for a caseload of assigned offenders. Completes screenings and assessments. Conducts group and sex offender interventions as prescribed during the individual in-program assessment. Utilizes evidence-based correctional program intervention strategies within their scope of practice and as directed by supervision. Writes reports and maintains necessary data documents to satisfy requirements of federal, state, and local agencies. Enters documentation in the electronic health record of all inmate encounters and contacts. Completes miscellaneous forms and reports as needed per policy and protocol. Completes transfer and discharge summaries. Consults with other staff regarding the sex offender caseload, inmate's institutional adjustment, and service needs. Attends meetings of sex offender program supervision. Attends in-service training and workshops for professional development.
