Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited
schools approved by the APTA Must have at least 12 months of home
health experience within the past 3 years Facility Type: Home
Health Shift: Days Working Hours: 8 hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM
