greater Cleveland. - Unit/Setting: Behavioral Health / Psychiatry
Unit - Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract (Behavioral Health
RN) - Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 03/30/2026 • End:
06/29/2026) - Shift: Night shift (3x12) - Shift Hours: 12-hour
nights (19:00–07:30) - Hours per Week: 36 - Openings: 2 - Estimated
Weekly Pay Range: $1,570–$1,650 Behavioral Health RN (Psychiatric
Nurse) Requirements - Experience: Minimum 18 months of recent
Behavioral Health / Psychiatric RN experience and 18 months of
permanent hospital experience prior to travel assignments -
License: Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license (must be in
hand at time of submission) - Certification: Active BLS (AHA or
American Red Cross) - References: Two (2) recent manager-level
references within the specialty from the past 12 months; no
coworker references - Clinical Skills: Milieu management,
medication management, behavioral health assessments, and strong
documentation - Compliance: Ability to meet onboarding, screenings,
and required assessments during orientation Key Responsibilities
(Psychiatric RN – Behavioral Health) - Provide therapeutic,
patient-centered nursing care for individuals with behavioral
health and psychiatric needs - Support a safe, structured milieu
through consistent observation, therapeutic communication, and
adherence to unit protocols - Administer and monitor psychiatric
medications; observe for side effects/adverse reactions - Complete
behavioral health assessments and ongoing reassessments; escalate
changes in condition promptly - Document care accurately and timely
