Qualifications: - Active Pharmacist Licensure/Certification in Ohio - American Heart Association BLS - At least 1-year of experience as a Pharmacist - Prior experience in an LTAC is preferred Pharmacist Contract Details: - $2,500 - $2,717 per week* - 13-week contract with possibility of extension - Long Term Acute Care facility - Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Pharmacist services at the facility - Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers - *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
