This is a full-time, school-based clinical role serving students in a supportive, flexible academic environment where mental health is valued and integrated into the school culture. What You'll Do As the School-Based Licensed Therapist, you will: Provide individual therapy and group therapy to middle/high school students Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support when needed Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and school staff Participate in team meetings and case consultations Complete timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Engage in supervision and ongoing professional development This position provides year-round services (including school breaks) to ensure continuity of care for students.
