Job Description Job Description School-Based Licensed Therapist (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT) – Canton, OH Beacon Academy | Full-Time | Daytime Hours | Full Benefits Pathway Caring for Children is hiring a Master's-Level Licensed Therapist to provide school-based mental health services at Beacon Academy in Canton, Ohio . This is a full-time, school-based clinical role serving students in a supportive, flexible academic environment where mental health is valued and integrated into the school culture. Job Snapshot Position: School-Based Licensed Therapist Location: Beacon Academy – Canton, OH Schedule: Primarily daytime hours Job Type: Full-Time Services: Individual & Group Therapy Setting: On-site at Beacon Academy Supervision: Paid clinical supervision available (if pursuing independent licensure) Benefits: Full benefits package About Beacon Academy Beacon Academy is committed to providing a flexible, student-centered learning environment where students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. What You'll Do As the School-Based Licensed Therapist, you will: Provide individual therapy and group therapy to middle/high school students Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support when needed Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and school staff Participate in team meetings and case consultations Complete timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Engage in supervision and ongoing professional development This position provides year-round services (including school breaks) to ensure continuity of care for students.
