Job Description Job Description Position: Clinical Supervisor Hiring: Clinical Supervisor Location: Abraxas Ohio, 2775 State Route 39, Shelby, OH 44875 Salary: $75,000 Annually plus retention bonus up to $10,000/yr Job Type: Full-time Shift: Varied We are hiring a dynamic Clinical Supervisor to join our behavioral healthcare team at Abraxas Ohio . Here, you will be part of a team of dedicated and passionate individuals that are committed to inspiring positive change in the lives of at-risk adolescents. Abraxas Ohio is a residential treatment facility for at-risk adolescent males. We provide specialized services for behavioral, mental health and drug and alcohol treatment. As the Clinical Supervisor , you will be working closely with the Clinical Director to provide our clinicians and counselors’ administrative and clinical supervision to ensure exceptional care for our clients. You will be a valuable member of the treatment team in providing high-quality care. Overseeing and reviewing practitioners' work procedures. Counseling, motivating, and disciplining practitioners, and referring advanced issues to upper management. Conducting performance reviews. Ensuring practitioners comply with licensure and registration requirements. Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and quality of clinical documentation. Assisting practitioners by supervising complex cases. Enhancing operations by ensuring sufficient staffing and adequate access to services. Developing programs and ensuring compliance with procedures and policies. What We’re Looking For—The Must-Haves Master’s degree in the social science field and at least three years of related experience or Bachelor’s degree in the social service field and at least five years of related experience; and Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Independent Social Worker, or Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (for drug and alcohol services only)/Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III under supervision (for drug and alcohol services only) Master's degree (PREFERRED); Must be in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field. Ohio clinical license (see above). Experience working successfully with a multi-disciplinary team. Experience working with and supervising the care of Mental Health, Substance Use, and Co-Occurring populations.
