Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Lima, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,002 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/10/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Active RN License in Ohio or Compact Certifications: - Active American Heart Association BLS - Active American Heart Association ACLS - Active NIHSS Certification Must-Have: - Competency with cardiac medications such as Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Heparin, Cardine, Dobutamine, Lasix, and Bumex. - Knowledge of titration and application of these medications. - Competence in telemetry and knowledge of heart rhythms. - Strong critical thinking skills to recognize changes in patient status and intervene as necessary. - Awareness of signs and symptoms of stroke and the ability to recognize changes in patient status. - Strong communication skills. Description: Functioning within the mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures, the Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of assigned patients during their shift. RN responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using age-specific criteria. Judgments are made based on scientific knowledge and clinical skills.
