ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/27/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Tele Job Details: • Work 3x12 hour shifts per week • Day/Night rotating shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM • Shifts may be variable if needed to meet operational needs of the hospital • Med/Surg Telemetry nursing position • Must have 18 months of permanent experience in specialty prior to travel assignments • Must have 18 months of recent MS/Tele experience (travel experience will suffice) • Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand • Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS • Must work at least every other holiday • Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation with acceptable scores • Maximum of 2 attempts to pass assessments or assignment will be canceled • Use Qualivis Lotus system for submitting hours worked • One reference from manager, ANM, supervisor or director in specialty required • Must complete badging and fingerprinting at facility prior to start date • Complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules (4 hours billable) • BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract Facility: This major healthcare system operates a comprehensive medical campus providing advanced patient care services.
