Job Description Vascular Surgeon – Fisher-Titus Medical Center -
Located in Norwalk, OH - Full Time - Monday–Friday schedule - Mix
of clinic and hospital - Cerner EMR - Broad vascular procedures -
Vascular lab and hyperbaric access - Competitive salary - Up to
$25K sign-on bonus - Up to $10K relocation - Up to $25K/year
student loan repayment (max $100K) - $5K CME 5 days Hospital
Description Fisher-Titus Medical Center, A 99-bed acute care
hospital that stands as the cornerstone of our health system. We

has 1,300 employees, over 200 active medical staff members
representing 35 medical specialties, and an amazing network of 175
