St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital-AP-Physician-0003 State OH Location 1044 Belmont Ave. Youngstown Ohio 44504 Requirements Updates 6/17: Onsite breast rad coverage needed M-F 8a-5p EST ( 3-5 days per week acceptable). LONG TERM NEED 100% mammo, although reading is available if they prefer Standard subspeciality procedures. Will get volume and report back, but this is a dedicated breast center.
