Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Independence Village Avon Lake
Must haves from you to be a Nurse Supervisor/LPN: • Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state. Assisted Living/Memory Care
experience preferred. • What your day to day looks like as a Nurse
Supervisor/LPN: • Responsible for evaluating residents and
reporting change in condition to physicians. • Communicating
effectively to team, residents and families. • Building strong
