This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse with expertise in the operating room setting, particularly skilled in advanced surgical technologies and specialty procedures. The position is based in a dynamic medical center in Cleveland, Ohio, where you will primarily work in a specialized 7-room inpatient/outpatient operating suite with occasional floating to a larger 26-room main OR, including a Level One trauma center. Key Responsibilities: Scrub efficiently during surgeries, with proficiency in the DaVinci XI robotic system essential. Provide skilled circulating and scrubbing support for posterior eye surgeries and eye trauma cases. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure high standards of patient care and safety. Adapt to a flexible workflow across two operating departments based on staffing needs and surgical schedules. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Current and active RN licensure with operating room experience. Proven ability to scrub and circulate in a fast-paced surgical environment. Specialized training or experience with the DaVinci XI robotic system. Experience in ophthalmologic surgery, especially in trauma and posterior eye procedures, highly valued.
