Opportunity – Oncology Progressive Care/Medical-Surgical RN – Ohio
Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Columbus, Ohio Compensation:
Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour rotating
shifts (days/nights) based on unit needs; 13-16 week contract
Highlights: Oncology experience preferred but not required; Epic
charting experience mandatory Float between Oncology
Medical-Surgical and Progressive Care Unit assignments Patient
ratios: 1:3 for PCU, 1:4-5 for MS units Secure corrections
healthcare environment with comprehensive safety protocols 72-hour
orientation provided to support successful onboarding Work with
diverse patient diagnoses including active oncology, post-surgical,
and complex medical conditions Requirements: Active RN license
(Compact or Ohio state license required at submission) BLS, ACLS,
and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 2 years of nursing
experience Epic charting system experience required Competencies in
telemetry monitoring, IV therapy, central line management,
respiratory support (CPAP/BiPAP, high flow nasal cannula), blood
product administration, and tracheostomy care Education from ACEN
or CCNE accredited program 2 professional references required (at
least 1 from manager/director or formal leadership role) Must
complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon contract signing
