Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Location: Columbus, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,125 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (5:00 PM - 5:30 AM) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Pre/Post Anesthesia Care License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred Must-Have: 2 years of experience required in a PACU setting. Epic experience required. Level 1 trauma experience preferred. Previous charge experience preferred. Description: Pre-Op/PACU RN role is available for night shifts. Shifts will rotate between closing and opening hours. Weeknight and weekend on-call duties are required. Patient ratio during nights is 2:1, with a day ratio of 1:1. Daily census averages around 6 patients. Unit provides care for patients undergoing a variety of cardiac procedures. Special procedures include CABG, AAA repair, TAVR, EVAR, and pulmonary decortication. Skills required include managing central lines, blood product administration, and cardiac monitoring. Knowledge of emergency medications and IV vasopressors is essential. Candidates should possess strong assessment and pain management skills. All RNs must adhere to compliance with the fingerprinting process. Completion of required references is mandatory for submission.
