Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) Registered Nurse –
Ohio Start Date: February 13, 2026 Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
3x12 hour shifts, rotating day/night (7:00am-7:30pm /
7:00pm-7:30am). Shifts may vary based on operational needs. Every
other holiday required. Highlights: Cardiovascular ICU specialty in
a major academic medical center 12-hour shifts with rotating
day/night schedule Comprehensive orientation including ECG rhythm
recognition and medication safety assessments Pre-employment
modules are billable (up to 4 hours) Travel assignment in a leading
healthcare system Work with an interdisciplinary team in a
fast-paced critical care environment Requirements: Active Ohio RN
license or Compact state license in hand at time of submission
Minimum 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel
assignments Minimum 18 months recent CVICU experience (travel
experience acceptable) Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS,
and NIHSS certifications required Supervisory reference from
manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in CVICU specialty required
COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious
exemptions considered) Successful completion of ECG rhythm
recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
Negative drug screen within 12 months of start date BCI/FBI
fingerprinting required within 48 hours of contract signing Why
