Stipend(Non-Taxable): $49/hr.] Weekly Gross: $2,232/Week [On W2(Taxable): $468/Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,764/Week] OT Rate ON W-2: $19.50/hr. Hours per week: 36 Hours Description: ALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made. - Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. - Minimum of 18 months PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience. - MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND - AHA or client BLS & ACLS required. NIH - must obtain prior to start. - MUST have Epic experience - *ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. - Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
