with RadGov, Inc to find a qualified PCU RN in Columbus, Ohio,
43210! URGENT HIRING FOR REGISTERED NURSE PCU Job Location:
Columbus, OH Job Duration: 13 weeks GTDW : 36hrs Shift : D ay and
Nights (3*12) Description: Provide high-acuity patient care for
adults requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, titratable drips
(non-ICU), and complex medical/surgical management. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration
with interdisciplinary teams. Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret
EKG changes, and respond promptly to status deterioration.
Administer medications, manage IV infusions, and perform
interventions per provider orders and hospital protocols. Perform
frequent assessments, including neuro checks, cardiac/respiratory
monitoring, hemodynamic evaluation, and pain management. Educate
patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans,
medications, and discharge instructions. Maintain detailed
documentation in EMR systems while ensuring compliance with
hospital and regulatory standards. Support rapid response events,
code blues, and transitions to higher or lower levels of care.
Collaborate with physicians, care managers, respiratory therapists,
and ancillary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure safe,
compassionate, culturally sensitive care in a fast-paced,
