Job Description Avita Health System is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN). Compensation: Avita provides a competitive compensation package, including a secured base salary with uncapped productivity potential. Employees may also qualify for the Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Program. Location: Avita is situated in North Central Ohio, conveniently located one hour north of Columbus and one hour south of Cleveland. Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive Obstetric and Gynecologic care - Perform deliveries at Galion Hospital - Conduct Gynecological surgery Position Details: - Robotic capabilities including da Vinci XI and da Vinci 5 - Competitive compensation: Secured base salary for term of contract - 400 births a year - Primary Market 160,000 - Recruitment incentives: including signing bonus and student loan assistance - Shared paid call schedule (1/4) - EMR system: Epic - Excellent benefits package encompassing health, dental, vision, life insurance, short/long-term disability, and medical malpractice insurance - Collaboration with urologists available - Strong work/life balance - Additional Provider fully supported by the group
