Tiffin Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate General Surgeon to join our esteemed surgical team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to practice in a supportive environment with access to cutting-edge technology, including a Da Vinci Robot. The General Surgeon will perform both elective and emergent surgeries while maintaining a commitment to providing exceptional care to the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities: Perform general surgery procedures, including elective and emergency surgeries. Provide comprehensive preoperative, operative, and postoperative care to patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in on-call rotation (1:4) with approximately 10 gratis days per month. Offer expert consultation and guidance on surgical care within the hospital. Maintain patient documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulations. Qualifications: Medical degree from an accredited institution. Board certification or eligibility in General Surgery. Valid medical license in the state of Ohio. Robotic surgery experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to high-quality patient care and collaboration within a team environment. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Office hours in Tiffin (16 hours per week) and Willard (8-12 hours per week). Surgery block time at Tiffin and Willard Hospitals.
