Job Description:
DextroMedical is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel
nursing job in Akron, Ohio. Discipline: RN ~ Shift: 12 hours,
nights ~ Employment Type: Travel Travel pay package and contract
details: Weekly W-2 pay: $1,152 Contract length: Night shift,
3x12's (will accept block scheduling for weekends only and must be
available to work Friday night-Monday night) Local pay rate will
differ from travel Conduct thorough patient assessments to
determine individual care needs and develop appropriate nursing
interventions. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
for all patient interactions, ensuring compliance with healthcare
regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including
physicians and specialists in internal medicine, to coordinate
comprehensive patient care. Provide education and support to
patients and their families regarding treatment plans, recovery
processes, and working with people with disabilities. Participate
in quality improvement initiatives within the CVICU to enhance
patient outcomes and safety standards. Current Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of practice. EPIC experience Previous
experience in a Level I Trauma Center or similar critical care
environment preferred. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and
36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend
