Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-surg Adult Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience required. License: Active nursing license Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: Current Epic EMR proficiency is required. Candidate must be able to read Telemetry and will be tested on day one for this skill. Failure to pass the competency test will result in termination. Description: Registered Nurses will work primarily on the Cardiac unit but may occasionally float between various Med-Surg units. Schedule is 36 hours per week on night shift from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Every other weekend is required, and there is no call requirement. BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory. Candidates must document their Epic EMR proficiency. Failure to prove Epic proficiency will lead to termination. Active BLS certification is required. Minimum of 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience is necessary. Candidates must pass a competency test on Telemetry reading on the first day of work.
