Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Emergency Department experience is required. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC must be in hand. Must-Have: Epic experience is required. One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. An ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation, with acceptable scores required. All candidates must work at least every other holiday. Description: All requirements listed in the job description are non-negotiable, and no exceptions will be made. A minimum of 18 months permanent Emergency Department experience is required prior to travel assignments. It is mandatory to have the required licenses and certifications active with no pending issues. The facility will review background hits; any traveler with an open case will not be accepted. Candidates should be nicotine-free. Negative 10 Panel drug screening, including nicotine, is required within 12 months prior to the start date. Candidates are required to pick up their badges and complete onsite fingerprints prior to starting. Modules must be completed before the start and annually thereafter. All candidates should be aware of a do not call policy. This position has specific requirements regarding previous employment at the facility. Compliance with all guidelines and policies is essential throughout the duration of the position.
