Job Description:

*The Job Description is as follows:**Applicant required to have clinical background either a CMA/RMA. You can start without, however, you have to become certified within your first six months of employment. This position will be a phone triage position. Position requires no weekends or Holidays. **$500.00 Hiring Bonus after (90) days completion of successful employment.**General Duties:*General duties include, but are not limited to, the following abilities:* Accompany the physician into the patient exam room in order to transcribe a history and physical exam, and document accurately the physicians encounter with the patient and others present.* List all proper diagnoses under the assessment and document all symptoms as well as follow up instructions, and prescriptions as dictated by the physician.* Transcribe orders for any laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging or medications as ordered by the physician.* Document any procedures performed by the physician.* Apply human relation skills, establish a good rapport and maintain cooperative and collaborative relationships with patients, physicians, and coworkers.* Treat patients with courtesy at all times making them feel comfortable during their visit.* Participate in daily huddles.* Collect pertinent patient medical information to assist the physician in the care of patients.* Apply medical knowledge to assist the physician in educating patients about their treatment and/or diagnosis by printing appropriate patient education from the EMR or patient resource binder.* Instruct patients regarding information needed once they leave the office, including, but not limited to, providing the patient with appropriate education materials.* Participate in scheduled customer service training and computer training provided by Pioneer Physicians Network Administration.* Perform other duties as assigned.Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Disability insurance* Employee assistance program* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Monday to FridayWork Location: In personby Jobble
