Job Description:
The Speech-Language Pathologist provides diagnostic,
therapeutic, and counseling services for patients with speech,
language, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
Evaluates patient performance and develops personalized treatment
plans based on assessments and physician directives.
Monitors progress, updates therapy plans, and provides
interventions for various communication and swallowing
disorders.
Coordinates care with healthcare team members and educates patients
and families about impairments and treatments.
Documents evaluations, care plans, and progress in medical records
and assesses patient outcomes post-discharge.
Qualifications include a Master--------s degree in speech
pathology, CCC-SLP license in New Jersey, and preferred experience
with adult populations. Strong customer service skills are
